Hi,

Thank you lot for posting back. What the previous moderator was trying to say is that Outlook.com has no option/settings or push button to use in reverting back the action of unsubscribing to a Newletter, equally when you subscribed to it, the option was within the electronic mail you received.

As previously suggested, to be able to subscribe again is to go to the Newletter'south website and look for the option to subscribe. By and so, you'll be able to receive Newsletter e-mails.

I hope this helps. If annihilation is unclear, let united states of america know.

Thank you

This problem is in outlook.com.  And, the option to unsubscribe was not in the email.  It's a Microsoft feature that is available on many "newsletter" emails.  This is a disruptive flaw in the software because I cannot merely "re-subscribe" as suggested.  Here is a little more detail.  I like to purchase baseball tickets.  Although I purchase the tickets from private team sites, the buy is e'er made through mlb.com.  When you buy the tickets, y'all terminate up on a mailing list for that team.  I commonly buy tickets through the Chicago Cubs and Detroit Tiger team sites.  Yet, I happened to buy some tickets last year in Atlanta.  Since that purchase, I have been getting promotional emails well-nigh Atlanta, which I don't want.  I looked on the mlb site, just could not figure out a way to only turn of the Atlanta promotional emails.  So, I clicked on the outlook.com "unsubscribe" option when I was viewing a Atlanta email.  The problem is that all mlb emails are now "unsubscribed."  I take bought tickets from mlb since I "unsubscribed", and the emails nevertheless practise not become through.  Purchasing the tickets was the just way I "subscribed" in the first place.

Give thanks you for the additional information provided. I empathize how important information technology is for you lot to receive your newsletters on your Microsoft account. Permit me help you with your business organisation.

As a workaround, as what my colleague mentioned above, you accept to subscribe to that specific Newsletter again for you to be able to receive your time to come newsletters on your Microsoft account. Once you click the option to "Unsubscribe", there'south no other way to receive future emails from that specific contact once again.

I understand your comments and feedback well-nigh our product. If you want this feature, you may send us your suggestions past going to our feedback page.

I've had this same trouble, but after clicking the unsubscribe button, if I endeavour to subscribe to that website once again, I still do not receive the emails every bit information technology says that my email has blocked the website from sending me stuff. I've checked my blocked senders list, and gone through all of the setting multiple times in search of a manner to receive these emails, yet I haven't found a single way to unblock it.

  2. Click on Settings (Gear bicycle icon).
  3. Click on Selection.
  4. Navigate to Prophylactic and blocked senders.
  5. Click on Safe Senders.
